Refund & Cancellation Policy

At https://cgpeersfree.com/ (Cgpeers Free Ltd), we strive to provide high-quality 3D architectural and interior design models to verify your satisfaction. However, because our products are digital goods delivered via Internet download, we generally do not offer refunds once a purchase is made or a subscription fee is paid.

Please read this policy carefully before subscribing or purchasing.

1. Nature of Digital Goods

Since our products are downloadable digital assets (mostly .max files, textures, and 3D scenes), they are deemed “used” after download or opening. Therefore, strictly speaking, there is no “return” or “exchange” possible. All sales are considered final unless a technical issue prevents you from accessing the product.

2. Subscription Cancellations

  • How to Cancel: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings or by contacting our support team.

  • Effect of Cancellation: If you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle. You will not be charged for the next cycle.

  • No Partial Refunds: We do not offer prorated refunds for the remaining time in a billing period if you choose to cancel early.

3. Eligible Refund Circumstances

While our general policy is “no refunds,” we do grant refunds in specific cases to ensure fairness:

  • Double Charge: If you were accidentally charged twice for the same billing period due to a payment processing error.

  • Technical Defects: If the 3D model file is corrupted, empty, or fundamentally different from the description/preview images, and our technical support team is unable to fix the issue within a reasonable timeframe (e.g., 48 hours).

  • Non-Delivery: If you have paid but have not received the access/download link due to a system error.

4. Refund Ineligibility

Refunds will not be granted in the following situations:

  • You simply changed your mind or no longer need the asset.

  • You do not have the sufficient software knowledge or the correct software version (e.g., trying to open a newer 3ds Max file in a very old version) despite the requirements being clearly listed.

  • You made a purchase by mistake but have already downloaded the files.

5. EU Right of Withdrawal (For European Customers)

If you are a consumer in the EU, you normally have a right to withdraw from a contract within 14 days. However, by purchasing and downloading digital content from our site, you expressly consent to the immediate performance of the contract and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the download or access to the digital content has started.

6. How to Request a Refund

If you believe your case qualifies for a refund under the “Eligible Refund Circumstances,” please contact us at support@cgpeersfree.com with your Order ID and a detailed description of the issue.

We review all requests on a case-by-case basis and will respond within [24-48] hours.
